bottineauThe Preserve is located on land that was once part of the Forestry Division.  A variety of trees, plants, and bushes were planted a number of years ago creating rows of mature pine trees interspersed with many other varieties.   Located on the west side of Bottineau (1 block off the main highway on Nelson Street next to North Central Electric), the 12 acre first phase of the Preserve will consist of 30 town homes on the south, with 19 single family homes on the north.

Continuing north the 38 acre second and third phases will consist of 57 single family lots ranging up to ¾ acres in size.   Most of the lots are treed, with the open lots having the option to move in trees to create privacy or breaks.   An apartment complex is planned for lot 158.   An association will be formed and land set aside for a playground (SW of lot 157) and picnic area (W of lot 154 in the trees).  Sidewalks will meander thru the trees and connect to walking paths as well as the city park to the east.

Please take a drive out and view this beautiful property.  If you enjoy nature and the outdoors you will love the Preserve.  If you have any questions or suggestions, or would like to be a part of the Preserve  please call Roger Riley at 605-641-0960 or complete the submission form below and Roger will be in touch as soon as possible.
